Position Overview:
The Community Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing community engagement initiatives and relationships within the sports and athletics industry. Responsibilities:

8. Measure and evaluate the impact of community relations efforts, generating reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to community relations and sports management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) in community relations, preferably within the sports and athletics industry.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of sports management principles, community development, and corporate social responsibility.
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
8. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing community engagement strategies and initiatives.
